We stand behind the products we sell.  If you are unhappy with the Hang10TM you receive for any reason, you may return the product and we will gladly take back the item and refund you the original price, no questions asked, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We proudly guarantee the Hang10 quality and workmanship free from defect for 1 full year. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Hang10 in any way, please return the product and we will replace the Hang10.

RETURN POLICY
Simply return the item within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original method of payment.  Please note we can only process returns for items purchased directly from our web site.

Whether you are returning a gift or purchase, please print out the merchandise return form and return it along with the product being returned. Send all returns by UPS, Federal Express, insured certified mail, or other carriers that can track you packages and provide you with proof of delivery just in case package is lost. We can only honor refunds and replace items which we receive.
